Services has searched for the most spectacular cenotes,
or naturally occurring freshwater springs, in the Chichen Itza
area in an effort to promote sustainable tourism in the region.
Take refuge from the jungle's heat by swimming in these
geological wonders!

per person + tax, transportation is provided from/to the
Hacienda, for an average of 1 hour; this time period can be
increased/decreased depending on the size of the group and other
factors. The price includes: transportation to/from, entry, and
rental of a life vest and snorkel gear.

Bird-watching Tours:
Follow
a trained bird guide along trails within the Hacienda Chichen's
Bird Refuge; learn how the Maya related to the native birds of
the region. Enjoy the over 150 transitory and permanent
bird species found within the Bird Refuge.

(a group
consists of a maximum of 4 persons) per guide + tax for 1 hour.

guide is needed so that the birds do not become agitated and
flee. If your party consists of more than 4 persons
who would like to go on the bird-watching tour, we can
arrange for each group of four to have its own guide with
the groups at a distance of a few yards from each other in

regional ornithology
(bird-watching) guide book will be provided for a
small fee, if requested.

Jungle Tours:
Trek into
the vast grounds surrounding the Hacienda Chichen and take in
all of the flora & fauna in this sanctuary: from kinkajous to
tohs to iguanas, you can see these beautiful animals within
their natural habitat and learn about how the Maya relate to the
flora and fauna.
